The next event in Meadowlark's monthly series of benefit dinners is a Korean-inspired dinner, centered around bo ssäm, a tender, slow-cooked pork shoulder served with housemade kimchi and a variety of seasonal side dishes. The meal will be accompanied by wine donated by Teutonic and a crisp ginger mead donated by Nectar Creek. All profits from this dinner will benefit the social justice work of the MRG Foundation (www.mrgfoundation.org). Photos by Brian Burk and Pechluck Pongched.
