These are dishes that are regular names in many households in Kerala and Mangalore regions.. But busy lifestyles and lack of time makes it hard to relish these dishes at home. Join us in this meal so we can treat you with dishes that will remind you of home and bring back fond childhood memories.

Mysore Bonda with Red Coconut Chutney

Mysore bondas are fried dumplings made with black lentil batter and spices. They are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. This is a hot favorite snack originating from Mysore, Karnataka. This will be served with flavorful red coconut chutney.
Kerala Red Rice Steamed Cake with Sambar

Red rice is very commonly used in coastal Kerala, India. Red rice shares the same virtue as its peers(purple rice, black rice and brown rice) that makes them a healthy dietary choice. This rice is soaked, ground coarsely, mixed with freshly grated coconut and steamed. These rice cakes when paired with Sambar a lentil and vegetable based stew makes it a wholesome meal and yet
very easy on digestion.
Neer Dosa with Cilantro Chutney

Neer dosa, which, in Tulu, means "Dosa (crepe) made of water,” is the most famous and popular delicacy from Mangalore, India.
The soft,lacy rice crepes are relished across the tiny coastal city in different ways. The Shivalli brahmins of Udupi typically eat it with a chutney made with coconut and cilantro or, alternately, with a side of a sweet dish made of bananas, milk and coconut milk.
