I’m a classically-trained chef and when I’m not cooking for work, I’m still cooking. And going to ethnic markets. It’s therapeutic and it’s how I love. I’m equally passionate about international travel and bringing complex, bold and exotic flavors to my cuisine. To me, meal time is an opportunity to connect, share a few laughs and discuss the pits and peaks of the day. Through my company, GourMel Catering I’ve happily fed the Hollywood community for years and I very much look forward to sharing a meal with you.
