Each of Melvin's courses, inspired by Filipino drinking food, pulutan, will be paired with Melvin Brewing's fantastic beers. Plus, even more beer sampling at a tasting station.
Melvin was on the Food Network Show "Cooks vs Cons." He will be cooking two of his dishes from the Sept 6 episode entitled "Spice and Ice."
