Kamayan is a traditional Filipino family style meal where you only eat with your natural utensils....YOUR HANDS! This meal is sweeping the culinary world by storm and Chef Melvin is excited to bring this experience to Portland. You will be dining on a communal, banana leaf covered table that is topped with the evening's dinner.
You'll be eating with your hands and waving them like you just don't care! Music provided by Portland's DJ Wicked. He will be spinning ALL VINYL 90's Hip Hop + R&B.
