What's the difference between French Steak Frites and Filipino Steak and Fries? About $40!!! This class will teach you how to make classic and humble Filipino bistek (beef steak) a little bit fancy and a lot delicious. Inspired by the French steak frite plates, we'll take Filipino food to the next level! Bistek is a soy and citrus marinated steak. It will be accompanied by a Southeast Asian chimichurri and pomme frites (fries) with a caramelized onion aioli. Esther’s Pantry is a Portland food bank where clients select food from well-stocked shelves that will help support and maintain good health. Esther’s provides supplemental food and personal care items to over 250 clients each month, but has opened its doors to anyone in need.
