Chef, restauranteur and James Beard award winner, Michael Schwartz is the owner of Genuine Hospitality group. The restaurant group that in 2007 with the opening of flagship Michael’s Genuine® Food & Drink and now encompassing 10 restaurants from waterfront fine dining to a casual pizzeria brand. Schwartz won the James Beard Award for Best Chef South in 2010 and has two cookbooks, Michael’s Genuine Food: Down-to-Earth Cooking for People Who Love to Eat and Genuine Pizza: Better Pizza at Home.
