The end of the bountiful summer produce season is here, with the very last of the tomatoes, corn and stone fruits left to enjoy. Join me to celebrate the end of summer and the coming of the Fall and Winter seasons with a fresh, hearty, family style meal.

Watercress Salad with Golden Beets
Golden Roasted Beets are nestled among peppery watercress, goat cheese, bright pomegranate arils and toasted hazelnuts dressed with orange vinaigrette.
Sauteed Shrimp with Grilled Corn and Tomato Salad with Romesco
Large sweet shrimp are sauteed with smoked paprika and garlic and served with grilled corn and tomato salad with arugula, romesco and basil vinaigrette
Braised Shortribs with Horseradish Gremolata
Hearty short ribs are braised with red wine and aromatic vegetables and served with cauliflower puree, harissa roasted carrots and topped with lemon and horseradish gremolata.
Stone Fruit Crostata with Brown Sugar Creme Fraiche
The last of the season's luscious stone fruit baked in flaky pastry with brown sugar, a hint of fleur de sel and brown sugar creme fraiche
