Michelle, founder of Let's Eat, is a self-taught home chef who grew up in the kitchen as the oldest of six children and now regularly experiments with new recipes on her own family and friends.

What started as an obsession with perfecting cookies and cakes has come a long ways over the years to now include specialty cocktails and gourmet comfort food all served with a vibe of a garden dinner party and a variety of undertones ranging from herbs to citrus to lesser known spices. At Michelle's meals you will not only find flavors to remember but also back stories about local farms, urban gardens, artisans and seasonal ingredients from which each meal is sourced.

Beyond the meal, Michelle is deeply passionate about the physical and cultural benefits of slowing down and creating real food that's shared with family, friends or perfect strangers. Michelle's mission with Let's Eat is to inspire diners to take more control of their dining experience in how they source ingredients, how they prepare each meal and how they share it.
