Menu detail

Beet Martini
Hangar One Vodka is taken to whole other level with this house made Beet infusion. Combined with hints of Ginger, Dill and Lemon to start your evening off on the right foot.
Dandelion Greens with Poached Kohlrabi
Small Plate
The use of wilted Dandelion Greens gives this starter dish a small punch with Kohlrabi poached in Ghee, Eatwell Farm Sea Salt and Lemon. Unexpectedly #tasty.
Curried Black Lentil Stew with Jasmine Rice
Black Lentils provide the foundation for this aromatic stew slow cooked with hints of Cocoa Powder, Chili Flakes, Root vegetables, Maple Syrup and Molasses. Served on a bed of Jasmine rice. Delish.
Maple Sage Glazed Turnips
Small Plate
This savory side dish nicely complements the heat of the main entree with roughly chopped Sage, Sea Salt and more Maple Syrup. Simple, but worthy of fine dining.
Bourbon & Tangelo Bread Pudding
Bring on this booze infused bread pudding with the addition of Tangelo. Individually served, you don't even have to share with others.
