The stakes are higher than ever before to create a sustainable future through mindful dining. The choices we make daily about what’s on our plate or in our glass are decisions that impact our ecosystem and our personal health. To make meaningful decisions, we also must lean in and learn - to learn about the edible journey of our produce, our flowers, our seafood and more. To learn about how we can leverage resources that best maximize local soil, imperfect produce and harvest with the sun. Join Michelle with Let's Eat for an evening of short films and guest speakers accompanied by a 7-course locally sourced dinner that educates and inspires. Take the challenge to be the change, starting with what you eat and drink. We cannot hope to create a sustainable culture with any but sustainable souls. - Derrick Jensen *************************************************** GUEST SPEAKERS Dana Ravollo of Summerfield Farm & School Ted Wilson of Fine & Rare SOURCED FROM Produce from Imperfect Produce Flowers from Front Porch and Earthworker Farm Meat and Wine from Preston Farm & Winery FEATURING “Know Your Food”, a series of short films distributed by PBS and the Lexicon of Sustainability; produced by Rumplefarm

Ratatouille with Summer Veggies and Fresh Basil

Another peasant dish makes it on the menu for this edible experience, but don't let it's simplicity fool you. This Vegetarian dish is accented by July's peak season farm spoils and herbs where flavor explode and the colors of the rainbow meet your palette and plate.
Lamb Chops with House Mint Pesto & Roasted Eggplant

The main affair, featuring Lamb from Preston Farm & Winery, is as Californian as it is Mediterranean. Served with "popsicle stick" Lamb Chops on a bed of roasted Eggplant with house Mint Pesto and fresh Figs.
Rose Water Truffles & Vanilla Sorbet
Dessert
Polish off the evening with a light, but flavorful mix of Chocolate Truffles and Vanilla Sorbet. Look for the hint of Rose Water, nodding to one of Sonoma County's favorite flowers.
