Chef Mimi’s passion for food started at a very young age. At only 19, she graduated from the prestigious San Francisco, California Culinary Arts Academy and was selected for internship at the San Francisco Ritz Carlton Hotel. There she blossomed under the tutelage of the world renowned Chef Gary Danko. Chef Mimi's many accomplishments include Restaurant Consultant for The Burrito Shop Inc.and creating the Catering and Event Planning division for the mega online grocery delivery company WEBVAN. Chef Mimi also operates her own catering business, TOP HAT CATERING providing food services for weddings, parties and other special events. In addition, Chef Mimi has recently produced and directed a new hip television series called BRINGING IT TO THE TABLE a culinary competition/reality show.
