By the time I finished a degree in nutrition at NYU in 2008, I fell in love with cooking as a way to maximize bang for buck with the quality, taste, healthfulness, and justice of my food dollar spending.

After Peace Corps Volunteer Service (Togo ’08-’10) and completing an individualized Master's degree in food initiatives at NYU (Gallatin 2013), I'm happy to share tastes of the soulful food and hospitality offered to me by friends in West Africa.

The Dream:
Everybody eats WOÉZÕ, which in turn supports regional and sustainable agriculture and stimulates interest in public service.

The Shameless Plug:
Make a contribution to Pathways Togo, which provides scholarships and resources for young Togolese women to advance through school.
