Mitchell Rosenthal is the chef/co-owner of Salt House and Town Hall. He and his brother worked at Wolfgang Puck's restaurant Postrio, where Michael Bauer of The San Francisco Chronicle called the trio Mitchell Rosenthal and Steven Rosenthal “all shockingly good cooks.” Him and his brother lifted Postrio to four stars.
