I am a amateur Home Chef, with a deep passion for Food, Music and Style. Born and raised in the Island of Puerto Rico decided to pursue my passion and became a Chef with a deep focus of Authentic Puerto Rican Cuisine. My ultimate goal is to open a Puerto Rican Cuisine Restaurant with unique Spanish, African, and Taino Influences.

My weekly popups at Smorgasburg LA is called “The Ricans Food” is a mix of Modern and Urban style Food and Clothing. We focus in Puerto Rican cuisine for all people, but also rarely found we are the only Puerto Rican Vegan Friendly Popup in LA. Our Signature dish The Mofongo (Mashed Plantains and Garlic) will blow your mind, topped with your choice of Seasonal Roasted Vegetables or Meat, in a savory Salsa Criolla, fresh Cilantro and Microgreens.

We will welcome you to our Island when you taste our Authentic Food.
