Welcome to Puerto Rico! Enjoy our unique tasty blends of Spanish, African, and Taino Influences.
The Aroma from our kitchen comes from raw and tropical indigenous seasonings such as Adobo (a mix of Oregano, Salt, Cumin, Peppercorns) and Sofrito (a mix of fresh Cilantro, Recao, Garlic, sweet Peppers, and Onions). Our Authentic dishes are derived from Plantains, Rices, Vegetable Roots, Meats, Poultry and Fresh Seafood.
