Moe is a former sous chef at michelin three star Saison. He went to school for Engineering and got his B.S. and M.S. degrees, but decides to do what he loves and does best, cooking from the heart..He grew up learning about food from his mother who's a chef who owns an Indonesian fusion restaurant in the middle east. Moe worked at some of the west coast's best restaurants such as Nobu and Morimoto to name a few. His love and passion for asian cuisines has led him to learn and work with multiple asian cuisines such as Japanese/sushi, Thai, Indonesian and Chinese (Sichuan).You might wonder what's a Middle Eastern chef doing cooking asian cuisines!!!! just come try his food and it'll change the way you ever look at those cuisines again.
