I grew up eating a lot of Asian food in the Middle East. My grandmother is Indonesian and my mom owns an Indonesian restaurant. So I grew up in a very versatile diverse food scene . Also, my culinary career was focused mostly on Asian cuisines. Some of these items will be flavors that you've never had before!! Just trust me! ;)
