My mom is one of the best cooks I've ever met. A lot of what I know about Middle Eastern cooking, I learned from her. These are all meals that she cooked for me growing up in Saudi and Dubai. I might've added little touches here and there, but the flavors are authentic and not like the food in any Middle Eastern restaurant you've ever been to.

albacore crudo
albacore tuna, topped with bell peppers (ginger, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro)mix that's seared with hot olive oil, tahini vinaigrette, chili oil

roasted baby eggplant, berbere spicy sauce, yogurt, pine nuts, pita crackers, little crispy potato cubes tossed in garlic cilantro and ground coriander .
Egyptian cheese and sausage pie

home made grilled "pie" stuffed with three types of middle eastern cheeses, sausage/pastrami with a hint of fenugreek and olive salad mix

steamed lamb and pumpkin dumpling with a curried tomato sauce, mint basil yogurt, coconut brown butter.
Fall of the bone lamb shank, saffron rice, vadouvan toppings (caramelized onion, carrots, almonds, raising), heirloom tomato salsa, tahini yogurt cucumber salad
Arabian ice cream
a layer of each rose and pistachio ice cream, middle eastern tahini cotton candy, strawberry rose sauce.
