This menu is a reflection of who I am, someone who was raised in both California and Amman, Jordan. I started with ingredients and dishes that are well known in the Arab world and tried to tweak them a little in ways that reflect my upbringing. I tried to have a little fun with it! "Azoumeh" in Arabic translates to "a feast" in which you invite your friends and family!! It is in that spirit that I invite you to join me and celebrate food.
