Ever wonder what Chef Roy Choi grew up eating? Join Mommy Choi on Monday, December 11th for the very first public tasting of Mommy Choi’s Korean catering menu, just in time for the holidays. Guests will be able to enjoy a feast of more than 20 different dishes, thoughtfully curated across clusters of “islands,” from a salad island, tempura island, Korean BBQ island, a dessert island, and more. **THIS MEAL IS BYOB** ***ALL DISHES SERVED FAMILY STYLE***

Kimchi Island
Several types of homemade Kimchi and salads to cleanse the palate, including cucumber, daikon, and traditional cabbage Kimchi.
Salad Island
A selection of seasonal salads to wet the appetite, including Mommy's Kimchi Caesar salad, Broccoli & Red Onion Salad, and a Seasonal Vegetable salad.
Fried and Sides
Small Plate
A medley of traditional Korean sides and appetizers. There will be Bindaedduk (small, crispy, and savory beef and veggie mungbean pancakes), Japchae (Korean glass noodles), and a side of vegetables steamed slightly with soy.
Tempura Island
Enjoy a selection of tempura mains dishes, such as crispy Pork Donkatsu (pork cutlet), Fried Chicken, and Fried Shrimp. Delicious!
Korean BBQ Island
The favorites have arrived. There will be Galbi shortrib, marinated Bulgogi, and Korean beef bibimbap (mixed rice) with a medley of vegetables.
Dessert Island
Dessert will be traditional Korean cakes and rice cakes with house-brewed sweet teas made with ginger, cinnamon, and/or rice, and a selection of fresh fruit.
