Fallaha, roughly translated from Arabic, means country-woman. I have always envisioned a woman growing her own food and raising her own livestock; she gets her hands dirty daily and always creates the most beautiful, heart-warming food. This menu is an introduction to the Fallaha in me. California-born and raised by Palestinian parents. You will indulge yourself in the story of the different culinary journeys I've taken, with just a hint of Palestine to finish it off!
