Fallaha, roughly translated from Arabic, means country-woman. I have always envisioned a woman who grows her own food, raises her livestock, and with her bare hands creates the most beautiful, heart-warming food.
Summer is my favorite time of year to eat! Stonefruits, watermelon, and tomatoes--my favorite things--shine during the month of July and I'm here to be the middleman between you and California's beautiful summer bounty.
