This 5-course benefit dinner is inspired by the flavors of La Cocina Criolla, traditional Puerto Rican cuisine. It'll be prepared by World Central Kitchen's #ChefsForPuertoRico including Food Network Stars Simon Majumdar, Monti Carlo, and Manouschka Guerrier as well as Executive Chefs Vanessa Torellas and Hilary Henderson. 100% of ticket sales will be donated to Chef Jose Andres and World Central Kitchen, who are serving tens of thousands of meals a day to Hurricane Maria victims in Puerto Rico.
