I own a company called Bold Food where I teach the science of cooking and modernist cuisine, and organize food based travel tours. I'm an obsessive foodie and former neuroscientist and my deep scientific knowledge underlies a playful, low-key approach to modernist cooking. I use my well-honed organizational skills and extensive travel experience to create intimate, once-in-a-lifetime food adventures.
