Science, it's what's for dinner! Bold Food dinners are inspired by world travel and deep understanding. Taking inspiration from our culinary world tours, you will find influences from the U.S., Southeast Asia, Japan, Europe and Latin America. Along with some of the best flavors from all over the world, I teach the science of cooking and modernist cuisine. You will see techniques inspired by the most modern restaurants in the world, and get a chance to learn about the science behind your dinner!

Hand made potato chips with Thai flavors
Freshly fried potato chips covered in the delicious Thai flavors of galangal, ginger, lemongrass and chili, with coconut and makrut lime dip of course!

Savory, rare, sous vide salmon with the Southeast Asian Flavors of coconut, lime, and lemongrass.

Like all food, salads should have a balance of sweet, savory, acidic and bitter. Our salads have many components, from olive caramel to Japanese fermented radishes, along with the freshest ingredients of the season. You'll wonder if all those other salads you've eaten your whole life were just imposters.
French onion ramen with "instant noodles"
Deeply savory beef broth, mushrooms, a beefy 6 minute ramen egg, beef chashu, delicious umami powder, and noodles made from gruyere cheese and caramelized onions that start out liquid and become solid in your bowl, right before you eyes!
Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream
Watch the delicious, creamy, sous vide ice cream freeze right in front of you! You can help us by being a liquid nitrogen handler and making dessert for the group.
