BIO

I always enjoyed cooking at home for friends, and my joy of eating together deepened as I traveled, eating in different homes across the world. When I left my job in international business to start cooking professionally I began by prepping ingredients for a cooking school. Soon after I began teaching classes and was hooked. In 2018 I launched fine dining pop-up series Luciérnaga, and in 2019 I opened and developed the menu for a gourmet pizza shop. Currently I'm working on what's next.
