Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks, enjoy family & friends, and eat yourself into oblivion. That is exactly what this evening will consist of. Starting with our favorite classic spinach dip, followed by a warm brussel sprout salad. Then onto a glorious plate filled with mashed potatoes, green beans, sweet potatoes, cheesy corn, cranberry sauce and a holiday stuffing wellington. Plus don't forget the indulgent dessert!

Classic spinach dip to start off a classic meal

Gently sauteed shredded brussel sprouts tossed with sweet persimmon and refreshing pomegranate seeds finished with toasted hazelnuts and a light vinaigrette.

Plate full of all the thanksgiving favorites: roasted garlic sour cream mashed potatoes, cheesy corn casserole, green beans with a roasted garlic and shallot gravy topped with fried onions, house-made cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes with cinnamon, maple, pecans and coconut bacon and a holiday stuffing wellington. Served with mushroom gravy on the side.

Combination of all the best holiday desserts in one. A pecan crust loaded with a creamy whiskey Carmel and toasted pecans topped with a pumpkin cheesecake mousse and finished with a dark chocolate ganache.
