In honor of my late Grandmother Martha Ann from Savannah, Georgia - I will chase my heart and passion for the culinary arts back to their roots: Savannah.
Please join me as I honor my Grandmother with this tasting menu inspired by some of her signature dishes and my childhood favorites. Its going to get a little Southern ya'll.

Traditional Southern Sweet Tea spiked with Bourbon and dressed up with my home made thyme syrup. Also available non alcoholic.
Cajun Boiled Peanuts
Appetizer
Careful, these peanuts bite back, slow boiled for hours and hours with my grandmothers secret spice blend. Don't be afraid to get a little messy, we wont tell if you lick your fingers!
Collards and Peas Corn Bread
Small Plate
Southern style collard greens with slow cooked black eyed pease served over hot water corn dread and whipped maple butter. I could live on this dish alone.
Crispy Okra Salad with Grandmas Pickled Beets
Small Plate
This farmers market salad is light and fresh with a bright dill vinaigrette. Served with crispy fried okra and my grandmas pickled beets.
Fried Spaghetti Arrabiata with Grilled Nopales
Entree
Grandma left the south and came to California where influences from across the boarder started to slip into her dishes. This dish is my childhood favorite, Pan fried spicy spaghetti arrabiata with market veggies and grilled nopales and fresh lime.
Earl Grey Ice Box Cake
Dessert
Nothing says 1950's house wife like an ice box cake. Dreamy layers of earl grey cream pair perfectly with limoncello soaked lavender lady fingers.
