Pickle trio
Artisanal selection of Chef Nicole's house crafted Pickles including ancient techniques and global influences. This starter is more of a mind blowing tasting journey to tease and awaken the pallet.
Almond Chardonnay Gazpacho
Small Plate
The origins of this ancient recipe are up for debate. This is a creamy raw almond gazpacho made with Chardonnay grapes from Mendocino's Viticulture region. Garnished with local olive oil and fresh mint this soup is a exciting and refreshing sipper.
Live Tabbouleh
Small Plate
This is chef Nicole's uptake on a traditional Tabbouleh. Bulgar grains have been subbed out for caulli-rice to make this dish gluten free, bright and alive. Chef is sourcing heirloom tomato's from local Temecula farms. Served with smoked eggplant puree and topped with salt and vinegar chips. (trust us on this one...mind blowing)
Moroccan meatless balls in Pomegranate glaze
This dish is a vegan take on Moroccan Meatballs. Utilizing Beyond meat base and chefs blend of exotic summer spices, paired with a traditional Pomegranate glaze and served with roasted local veggies and raw chutney.

The best of summers stone fruits and sun kissed berries with a pistachio rose cream and wild foraged mint.
