Join Chef Nigel Henderson as he gives you step by step instructions for creating some of his signature brunch dishes from the Rhythm & Brunch LA & Grab The Pots Pop Up Series. Menu: - Blood Orange Bourbon Punch - Crab & Brie Quiche with an Herb Nori Butter Crust - Creole Spiced Candied Bacon - Seasonal Farmers Market Salad * What happens once you purchase a class? - 5 days prior to the class’s start date, attendees will receive a shopping and equipment list, along with recipes with ingredients that should be readily available. Also a Zoom link will be sent for you to register and join the class. You should be at ease during the lesson, the classes will be comfortable and easy going, I don’t want you to feel nervous. - I’ll be cooking the recipe with you and explaining the techniques & methods. The classes are intended to be interactive and I encourage you to ask questions, should you hit any speed bumps I can talk you through them. - If you just want to watch and learn with a glass of wine (or whiskey) in hand that it totally acceptable too! What if I can’t make it but want to purchase the class? - You don’t have to be available for the live class! I will still send you the recipes/equipment needs. After the live class you will receive a link to the recording of the class and should you have any questions you can always send me an email. *All purchases are final, class size is limited to 25
