Nina is a Film School Dropout that fell in love with the kitchen.

Originally from Chicago, she started in kitchens in the Finger Lakes region of upstate NY before moving cross-country to Las Vegas, NV. There she worked for Chef Andre Rochat at Alize at the Palms and accompanied him to work at Alaska Expedition Co. on the Tsui River.

She has been to 33 states as well as Canada, Mexico, China, and Japan - travels that have definitely influenced her cooking (and eating) style. Whether it be porky, fried lumpia, crispy, oven-roasted cauliflower, or sweet, tangy barbeque, she loves food that is craveable. Though she has primarily fine-dining experience, she loves to cook nostalgic food with a whimsical twist and will never let you leave hungry.
