I've cooked since I was a child, devouring recipes and cookbooks, and moving on to original recipes and meals soon thereafter. I graduated from L'Academie de Cuisine, founded a local foods-oriented catering company in 2007 called Eat & Smile Catering, and am now adding The Bespoke Kitchen occasional supper club to the mix. I love filling my table and feeding people!
