From Mexico to Cuba, Puerto Rico to Colombia, then dancing to Venezuela and final destination at Peru, this holiday meal is a blend of different "posada" foods I grew up with in our vegetarian latin community during the holidays. It's a fusion of all Latin American delights. Posada is the holiday dinners that are hosted in different houses within the latin community to celebrate nine days of Lord Jesus's coming of birth. Our Posada is welcoming to everyone who wants to enjoy a big family meal made with a whole lotta love for these holidays!

Ponche is our seasonal fruit punch tea that warms our hearts in company of our friends and family. This hot beverage consists of cinnamon, clove, apples, guayaba, tamarind, raisins, and Mexican Piloncillo (unrefined brown sugar). It's a drink to share with beloved and dear ones and I hope you will enjoy it too!
