Please join us for a taste of Michoacan with regional Corundas, the market's Nopal Ensalada, and the capital's Enchiladas Morelianas. This menu is inspired from a southern state in Mexico, that is well known for it's avocados, monarch butterflies, vast artistic handcrafts, beautiful lakes and rivers and my hometown where I grew going to secondary school in Santa Clara del Cobre.
