Gather around the kitchen, pop open some wine & eat good food with friends! 4 courses of sustainable seafood dishes by some of our favorite local Chefs. Tasked with developing dishes themed around the influences of Baja and endeavoring to utilize the whole fish, each Chef will be composing one original dish. 100% sustainably sourced local seafood provided by Omega Blue Seafood, produce provided by local farms via Melissa's Produce Company, beer & wines from Baja's Valle de Guadalupe.
