With gratitude for the amazingly supportive community of farmers, fishermen, Chefs, family and friends, we're excited to be co-hosting an end of the year holiday cookout with Weiser Family Farms, Diamond Mountain Ranch and Wild Local Seafood! Come gather around the warmth of multiple mesquite grills while six of the most talented Chefs in LA prepare some of their favorite holiday dishes each paired with a special wine by Glou Glou Magazine sommelier Jennifer Green. Lets celebrate together!

Everyone's favorite produce nerd and R&D Chef at the Gjelina Group, Chef Max Dornbush (@dornbushm) will be coaxing the perfect amount of sugars and imparting savory smoke on Weiser Family Farms' seasonal veggies over the mesquite grill. Expect perfection, insight and stories about each and every vegetable that will leave you with a better appreciation and understanding for the farming process, selection, history and possibly even our place in the universe. =)

Chef Saw (@sawsaw_13) of Tallulas Restaurant will be making a legendary Paella over the barrel grill with local organic pasture raised organic chicken thighs, local mussels, clams, Baja Farmed Shrimp, grilled Baja Kanpachi, Diamond Mountain Ranch Sausage, Bomba rice, Saffron and Weiser Family Farms Bloomsdale spinach and Grilled Broccolini.
