My culinary journey began at the age of 11 with a passion for desserts. I originally went to school to become a pastry chef and completely fell in love with the food industry on a whole. After receiving my Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, I continued on to earn my Bachelor's Degree in Food Service Management, as well as an Associate's in Culinary Arts. My nationality is Jamaica, so my food is naturally influenced by Caribbean flavors and techniques. However, I love using ingredients and cooking techniques found in other cuisines such as, Italian, French, Thai, Indian, and American.
