Michael Magallanes has been passionate about food and has been cooking informally since he was a teenager. After traveling and cooking in South America, he moved to SF. He has been training professionally for the past 9 years at various restaurants since, and for the last 5 years he's been a chef for Mourad Lahlou; first at Michelin starred Aziza, then for the opening of Michelin starred Mourad. He is currently branching off to create his own brand.
