Let me treat you to a delicious Moroccan feast using the beautiful fall produce of LA's Farmers Markets. Pomegranates, pumpkin, hearty vegetables, fresh herbs and exotic spices will highlight the richness of Moroccan cuisine. A fragrant tagine with homemade couscous will take center stage here and completely transport you to the markets of Marrakesh.

Grilled Lamb Merguez
Homemade merguez sausage with smoked tomato harissa and fresh pomegranate seeds
Tomato and Persimmon Salad

Heirloom tomato and fuyu persimmon, crispy shallots, soft herbs, marinated feta (vegetarian/gluten free)
Moroccan Carrots

Carrots are braised in a sweet and sour pepper mixture then charred for a crusty caramelized exterior. Then tossed with spicy onion jam, toasted walnuts, cilantro and black and white sesame seeds. (vegetarian/gluten free)
Interactive Cooking Dish- Tagine and Couscous
Tagine is a popular cooking method in Northern Africa used to slowly cook meat with hearty vegetables, dried fruits and exotic spices like coriander, tumeric and ginger. Two types will be available: Braised lamb with preserved lemons, olives, toasted almonds and saffron served over homemade semolina couscous. Braised chickpeas with dates, preserved lemon, toasted pistachios and saffron over homemade semolina couscous (Vegetarian) * gluten free w/o couscous
