Patrick Phelan

Patrick Phelan is the co-owner and chef of Longoven in Richmond, Virginia. Longoven launched a series of monthly pop-ups at Sub Rosa Bakery in September of 2014. In 2016, they were recognized as one of Bon Appétit's 50 Best Restaurants, despite not actually having a restaurant to call home. Longoven is located in Richmond's historic Scott's Addition neighborhood. Offering a tasting and a la carte menu that changes regularly based on seasonality and availability of products from local farmers and purveyors.
