Join us for dishes that take you into a forgotten part of French food: the rustic food of Celtic sailors/farmers. Bretons are a people of the sea. It brings an unexpected dimension to French food: spices brought back by sailors. We strive to honor this heritage of exchange by combining unexpected flavors from around the world, just as Breton cooks learned to do. A hand-picked list of organic wines will also be featured. A la carte Tinned Fish, Sardines and Conserva from Brittany available.
