Join us for a night filled with amazing Peruvian food, live music and community. Chef Kelvin Briggs Jr. plans to stimulate your palates with his modern take on some of Peru's favorites. Starting the evening out with delicious appetizers, live Peruvian music and a Pisco Sour cocktail followed by a carefully selected 4-course menu featuring: Sarsa Salad, Seafood soup, Aji Panca marinated Sirloin w.
