Spam Musubi Roll
Small Plate
A play on the classic Hawaiian staple. Seared spam rolled inside of toasted nori with seasoned sticky rice. The roll is panko crusted and flash fried until crispy and golden brown. Garnished with wasabi tobiko, siracha aioli, house made teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds
Ahi Poke Tostada
Small Plate
Sushi grade Ahi tuna marinated in gluten free soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, green onion and sesame oil. Garnished with caramelized mango coulis, Micro cilantro, togarashi and served on a wonton tostada.
Chimichurri Rib Eye
Grilled chili spiced ribeye served with organic roasted baby carrots and brussels sprouts. Served with a roasted carrot puree and an Argentinian chimichurri made with cilantro, lime, extra virgin olive oil and garlic.
Seared Hamachi
Sushi grade Hamachi seared and served very rare. Served with Thai style papaya salad dressed in a slightly spicy sum tom salad dressing. Garnished with a passion fruit, orange and guava foam and fried taro.
Guava Tres Leches
Classic tres leches cake soaked with vanilla bean coconut milk. Served with a guava reduction and vanilla bean and bourbon whipped cream.
