Ceviche de chochos is also known as “highland ceviche” since it doesn't depend on coastal seafood. This pickled vegetarian salad is the perfect opener for this satisfying Ecuadorian meal. We feature garbanzos two-ways—braised and fried for crispy garnish.

Salchipapas is a street food throughout Latin America. The dish's name is a combo of the Spanish words "salchicha" (sausage) and "papa" (potato). Our handcut twice fried fries are combined with thinly sliced pan-fried beef sausages. Typically served with different sauces, such as ketchup and mayonnaise, we serve ours with our house made Mississippi comeback, garlic aioli and Oro del Sol’s hot sauce!

Crispy Fried chicken brushed with Oro del Sol’s golden hot sauce. The hot sauce includes fresh ingredients such as tomate de arbol—a delicious fruit from the slopes of the Andes.
