Phat Birds is teaming up with Dry River Brewing on July 6th - National Fried Chicken Day to provide you with amazing fried chicken, sides and craft beer. Dry River Brewery's Beers will be incorporated in various menu items.
The Price includes an Entree, two sides and dessert. You get to skip the line. Just check in with us and tell us your entree and side selection and go enjoy some beers. We will deliver your food to you. Limited pre-sale available.

Phat Birds' World Famous Sandwich

You may have seen pictures of this legendary sandwich in the Los Angeles Times or The Los Angeles magazine. We use an 8 oz boneless and skinless breast brined overnight in our signature mix, dredged in our blend of flours and deep fried to perfection. Pair that with our spicy slaw, house-made pickles, Mississippi Comeback Sauce on top of a Hawaiian Sweet Bun and you have a piece of heaven in your hands.

Our Jumbo Wings brined over night and deep fried. How Do You Want it? Nashville Hot, Dipped in our Honey Glaze or just good old-fashioned fried chicken. Let us know and we'll make it for you. Ask for our house-made dipping sauces - ranch, Gorgonzola, or Mississippi Comeback.
Ale Fondue Mac n Cheese

This is the real deal ale fondue mac and cheese. Mac cooked with fondue until bubbly,. Yes we will be using Gruyere and Emmantaler, a splash of Kirsch, and instead of wine we will use one of Dry River's signature Ales.

Blend of cabbages, carrots, fresno chilis, cilantro with our signature spicy slaw dressing. Cool and refreshing with a slight kick.
Decadent Brownies, Passion Fruit Chantilly and Beer Stout Caramel Sauce
Dessert
House-Made fudge brownie with a chantilly made with Dry River's Lady Roja Beer with notes of passion fruit drizzled with a stout infused caramel sauce.
