A hands on class, featuring a handful of amazing dishes from Thailand. Celebrate the fall harvest with some very fresh ingredients in a variety of flavorful, delightful dishes! We will be stir frying, deep frying, simmering, steaming and more. Get out the mortar and pestle and pound away on some herbs and spices and get the kitchen smelling incredible!

Ginger Tofu
Tofu will be stir fried with choy sum, red peppers, leeks and a lot of ginger. Flavored with a bit of soy sauce and palm sugar. Simple and incredible!
Lemongrass Tempeh
Tempeh, made fresh a few blocks away by my friends at Rhizocali tempeh will be stir fried with sprouts and alot of lemongrass and chili
Garlicky greens
Small Plate
Some fresh greens (ong choy or choy sum, depends what is freshest at the market, that morning) will be stir fried with a lot of garlic and fermented bean curd.
Glass Noodle Salad

Some really great textures with mung bean noodles, wood ear mushrooms, snow peas and more. Flavored with lime!
Eggplant curry
eggplant stewed with tofu and pineapple in a homemade curry paste.
