Jerk Stewed Tempeh
One of my most popular dishes. We take freshly made tempeh from Rhizocali tempeh, and smoke it over allspice wood. Then we let it sit overnight in a homemade jerk marinade and then stew it with dried tomatoes and peppers and herbs.

We will toast up and grind down a lot of spices into this curry and stew pumpkin and potatoes in a coconut rich stock
