Learn how to make your own handmade noodles, broth and toppings! Most people love a bowl of noodle soup and after this class, you can wow and impress your friends with your own version. As always, hands on small class so you will be preparing the dishes and then we will all sit down and enjoy our creations for lunch

A stock will be made from seaweed, dried mushrooms and herbs, spices and vegetables, flavored with soy sauce and shaoshing.

Sichuan chili oil

every good bowl of noodles needs a dollop of chili oil! We will make a big batch of chili oil and you will be taking some home with you.
Stir fried greens

We will need some choy sum in the ramen bowls!
Shoyu Ramen bowl
We will assemble everything we prepare to develop some really beautiful and flavorful ramen bowls!
