A hands on cooking class preparing several dishes from the amazing cuisine of Thailand! Learn to create your own curry paste, using a mortar and pestle! Stir frying, steaming, sautéing and lots more techniques will be explored in this class. A wonderful lunch of our preparations will be had at the end.

We will get out some mortar and pestles and pound out some red curry paste!
Red Curry
Add some coconut milk, soy sauce and palm sugar to the red curry paste and we will prepare a red curry with tofu and winter vegetables

Tofu with Sweet peanut sauce

A wonderful appetizer. Tofu triangles, fried to a crisp with a tangy peanut dressing
Tempeh larb
One of my favorite dishes! Fried tempeh crumbles with a variety of herbs and lime
Yam Woon Sen
Another spicy and tart dish on today's menu. A salad made with mung bean noodles, wood ear mushrooms and herbs
